Mr. Phelps was awarded the Juris Doctor Degree by the J. Reuben Clark Law School of Brigham Young University (Provo, Utah). While there, he served as the Editor-in-Chief of theInternational and Comparative Law Journal. Mr. Phelps’ global career spans two primary areas. First, he practiced law with Baker & McKenzie (San Francisco, Hong Kong, Taipei, andBangkok offices,) one of the world’s most prestigious and influential internationallaw firms. His practice area covered a complete spectrum of international commercial transactions. Thisincluded negotiating joint venture agreements, protecting intellectual property rights, mergers and acquisitions, international tax planning advice, effectivemethods for repatriating profits, contract negotiations for major infrastructure projects, contract execution for the purchase of aircraft by a leading internationalairline, and frequentpro bono service projects.

Second, Mr. Phelps has a distinguished career in network marketing with a track record of success across multiple product lines and worldwide geographical territories. His experience in network marketing covers a broad range of company environments from brand new start-up organizations to some of the most influentialnames in the direct selling profession. He is a recognized motivational global sales and marketing evangelist with a strongability to create and communicate a call to action. His experience as an international network marketing expert spans the globe with proven results across countries in North America, Europe, Latin America and nearly every majormarket in Asia. Mr. Phelps has fundamental expertise in developing sales strategies, increasing sales revenue, building brand awareness, creating a company’s image, international expansion strategies and execution, business development, and virtually every facet of distributor-facing initiatives and communication, designing training systems and effective promotional campaigns, and leadership training and development.

Mr. Phelps is currently the Senior Vice President of Global Sales of WGN; he is responsible for establishing sales targets to meet the company’s objectives. He is also responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the entire organization.
