Ersilia Barbarulo has a degree in Food Science and Technology from the “Federico II” University of Naples. A specialist in Agri-food BioTechnology with a focus on analytical chemistry to improve nutritional characteristics of foods (e.g. vitamins) and reducing adverse reactions.
Ersilia has served as a research at the research institute of “Cirio Ricerche”, on a project aimed at the creation of food products “with high nutritional value”. She also authored a research article on the “study of nurture of production process of the Annurca Apple” seeking to preserve it’s high nutraceutical components.
Ersilia is also a Laboratory Analyst for quality control for Food Companies and Expert Lecturer in Chemistry and Food Science at the IPSEOA Institutes in Campania.

Cydney A. Whitmoyer Received a bachelor’s degree in Food Science from Penn State University in May 1989. She has since had a concentration on beverages for companies as Cadbury Schweppes Technical Center as a Food Technologist and McCormick Flavors in Beverage Applications. She focused on product development, brand maintenance as well as support of marketing directives.
She currently develops custom-made beverages from product inception to productions logistics.

Diego Monzón Fuentes earned a Medical Doctor Degree and a Post Graduate in Hospital Management and Maintenance from Universidad San Carlos de Guatemala and an MBA from the SP JAIN School of Global Management Australia/Singapore. As a medical doctor student, he took special interest in research and epidemiology.

He has followed epidemic tendencies, and how the environment is related to human health. Diego is also experienced in research programs with the International Development Research Center (IDRC) and the National Cardiovascular Surgery Unit of Guatemala (UNICAR) with the aid of the Institute of nutrition of Central America and Panama (INCAP). Diego also has created medical content on interactive software platforms and worked in Genetic Business Development.

Anchulee Phetcharat earned a Medical Doctor,General Psychiatry from Khon Kaen University, Thailand. She also earned Child&adolescents Psychiatry from Siriraj hospital, Mahidol University Thailand.
She had attended Internship program at Faculty of Medicine, Case Western Reserve university and Child and adolescent Psychiatry at department Royal Free hospital, London, UK.
She has got The American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine certificate and diploma course in esthetic.She worked for more than 10 years to anti-aging.

Jorge van Balen holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry at the University of Simon Bolivar, Venezuela and a master’s degree in Food Science from the University of California. Jorge served as a scientific researcher for 15 years, developing a fruit and wine industry in tropical conditions. Jorge leads Xfinity Lab with over 35 years of experience in R&D, Technology and e-commerce fulfillment in nutraceutical industries and a devotion for personal health and wellness after competing at XX Olympic Games of Munich, Germany 1972.

Since then he has dedicated much of his free time to supporting kid’s health in the local community, including coordinating a swim program for children with special needs and serving on the board of the Down Syndrome Association of Miami.
