Atithan was born and raised in a family of real estate business. He had been involved in his family business since he was still studying. After he graduated, he turned into a managerial position in his family’s real estate business in the construction sector and later on in marketing division. With this experience, he opened his own real estate company with himself as a CEO. He is well-known among Thai and Foreigner businessmen. His company grew very fast and expanded into different part of Thailand in the south, east, and central.
He is widely well-known that he was offered a job as a consultant to several political parties in Thailand. Apart from this, he also does import and export business. He also does sawmill business manufacturing in many countries such as Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Lao, Myanmar, Cambodia and Africa. He also imports and exports saw timber to different countries, therefore he is known among the local people in those countries.
Atithan is kind and generous to his friends and so he was given a nickname, Parn never say “No”. He has many friends and is widely known that he was approached by significant individuals in the government and was assigned to become a consultant to key individuals in the government. In addition, he serves as an advisor to the Thailand Tourist Police Bureau, to provide consultations and propose guidelines for tourism related activities assigned by the Tourist Police Commissioner.

คุณอธิษฐานเป็นผู้ที่มีจิตใจดีและโอบอ้อมอารีกับเพื่อนฝูงจนได้รับฉายาว่า Parn never say “No” หรือในภาษาไทย คือ ปราณผู้ไม่เคยปฏิเสธใคร คุณอธิษฐานมีเพื่อนฝูงมากมายและเป็นที่รู้จักอย่างกว้างขวางจนกระทั่งได้รับการทาบทามจากผู้ใหญ่ในรัฐบาล โดยได้รับมอบหมายให้เป็นที่ปรึกษากับบุคคลสำคัญในรัฐบาล และนอกจากนั้นยังดำรงตำแหน่งที่ปรึกษากองบัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยว โดยมีอำนาจหน้าที่ในการให้คำปรึกษาหารือและเสนอแนวทางการปฏิบัติราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการท่องเที่ยว หรือดำเนินการอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยว
