The materials that compose HELO™ LX or HELO™ LX+ are meant to be worn day and night, so it’s important to follow some guidelines to wear and maintain them correctly.
To keep the band clean, please be sure to do the following:
- Clean your HELO™ with a soft cloth. If necessary, you can hand wash the band only in cold water and dry it carefully.
- Let the band dry open air. Direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humidity can cause discoloration and damage.
- Keep your HELO sensor window clean. Wipe with a lint free cloth when necessary. Be sure the Germanium stones are in contact with your skin and not covered by the band. Keep them free from impurities.
Do not open or take apart your HELO. Doing so may void your warranty. The battery is not able to be replaced by users, and opening your HELO may result in a safety hazard.
Materials inside HELO may cause harm to the environment if disposed of improperly. Please follow local regulatory procedures for disposal.
Do not dispose of HELO in a fire as this could cause the battery to explode.
Your HELO should not be left in the sunlight for a long period of time or used in a sauna, steam room or other high or low temperatures or otherwise extreme environments.
Be sure to follow instructions included with your HELO when charging.
Caution: HELO measurements are for self-evaluation only and are not intended to substitute for any clinic or medical diagnostics or measurements. All values should be considered ambulatory measurements and are subject to variants with a high grade of tolerance in the accuracy. Please consult your doctor or therapist in case of inconsistency in the values measured, or in any case which the measurements indicate any normal or abnormal results. HELO is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Caution: Consult a doctor before beginning or modifying any exercise program or routine.
Caution: Do not check notifications or other data on the device paired while driving or in other conditions that might make use unsafe.
Caution: Keep your HELO away from pets and children. HELO has small parts that may be a choking hazard.
HELO GPS coordinates and data may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable.
HELO works best when it is worn close to your skin and snug on the wrist. Be sure to keep sensors clean and clear of obstructions so HELO can perform at its best. If your skin is irritated or red, discontinue use. If you have preexisting medical conditions that affect your wrists or skin, consult your doctor before using HELO. If you experience discomfort or tingling sensations in your wrists, hands, or fingers, discontinue use.
If your HELO causes redness, itching, or other skin irritations, discontinue use. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.
